Dr. Bryan Mann is an associate professor of sport and exercise science and assistant director of strength and conditioning at the University of Missouri. He is also an accomplished powerlifter, having competed in multiple federations since 1996.
In addition to being an author of multiple papers and books, he is the world’s leading researcher and author on velocity based training- the application of velocity based tools like Gym Aware, Tendo Unit and Push Band to the development of strength and power in athletes.
