If you’re a new graduate…you have less
than a 1% chance of getting hired.

With Our Huge Community Of Industry Experts – You’re Going To Be Amazed At
What Doors Get Opened And What Information Gets Shared Inside The Rugby Strength Coach Community!

If you’re on this page… chances are you’ve run into a bit of trouble climbing the ladder in our industry.

You’ve got your degree, you’ve got your UKSCA or CSCS, but you’re still struggling to break into the professional ranks.
You want to climb the ladder and start networking with coaches of elite level teams and get access to the kind of practical knowledge and strategies that will actually help you progress your career.

How do I know this? Because I was you.

My name is Keir Wenham-Flatt.  Back in 2008 I graduated from the University of Leeds with a degree in Sport Science and went out into the real world ready to claim my job in professional sport. I had my whole career planned out. I knew where I wanted to be in 5, 10 years, 15 years.

Unfortunately it wasn’t that simple…

After the first few disastrous interviews, I quickly came to down to earth. I realised I was a researcher not a coach. I had no practical experience, I had no knowledge of the realities of coaching, and most importantly I had no network of connections.

I learned the hard way what thousands of new coaches learn every year: there is a huge gap between what coaches know when they graduate or pick up their UKSCA accreditation and what is actually required to carve out a coaching career in elite sport.

Thankfully I was able to turn a corner. After two years of continually working on my coaching, my applied knowledge and my network I managed to land an internship in professional rugby. Only five years later I was able to help Los Pumas Argentina finish in the top 4 at the 2015 Rugby World Cup.

I’ve now been lucky enough to coach professional rugby teams on 5 different continents. I’ve consulted with top teams like Northampton Saints and Arsenal Football Club. And I’ve worked with professional and amateur rugby players from all over the world: Ireland, USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Dubai, South Africa, Australia, England, Argentina, you name it!

I’ve created this unique community to bring together strength and conditioning coaches from all over the world, to share information, and help you get the coaching job you want. This is exactly what I needed when I was coming up as a coach. I hope it saves you much time, effort and frustration as you build your strength and conditioning career.

I quickly found out that, despite my degree, I was a
useless coach in the real world

Introducing…The Rugby Strength Coach Community

It has taken me years of trial and error to build my network, coaching knowledge and experience. But now I've put this all in one community so you don't have to make all the same mistakes I did.

The Rugby Strength Coach Community is a convenient, affordable way to develop your skills and network with top level coaches all while giving you actionable guidance you need to reach your coaching and career goals. Here's how it works:

Inside we split things into 2 different sections.

Networking plays a HUGE part in getting up the ladder – and inside our community… we have you covered here.
Every month we have webinar presentations from elite level speakers and you have the ability to actually interact and ask questions with them…

… and these are not just people that ‘know a lot’ – these are people that are at the top of their field. If you have not worked as a coach at the professional or elite level of sport, you do not present to our members. No compromise.

Check out just a few of the coaches you’ll have the privilege of networking with inside the Rugby Strength Coach Community:

Get immediate access to:
  • The topics that really matter at the elite level of performance sport, and how you can put them to work in our own coaching, immediately!
  • The number one thing you need to AVOID when applying for jobs and how to prepare effectively so you come across well in your job interviews
  • My three phase progression for developing on-field strength
  • How to use tools like medicine balls, jumps and plyometrics to develop explosive power
  • Why the traditional model of rugby conditioning is broken and what to do about it
  • How to establish an iron clad network of coaches that you can look too for advice, recommendations for jobs and introductions to other professionals.

Put simply… you’re going to get everything you could ever possibly need to become an elite level coach.

Unlike other sites, all the presenters have experienced coaching at the elite level and we are not just pulling information out of thin air that ‘sounds’ right.

By now I hope you're eager to jump in and start watching the presentations, meeting the members and building your career. But perhaps you're worried there is a big price tag attached?

Luckily you're wrong.

I, and the community, look forward to working with you and helping you achieve your goals. See you inside,

P.S. With hours and hours of video, eBooks, training templates, hundreds of discussion threads, and over 250 different members from all over the world… I am confident in saying this is THE place to be when it comes to climbing the ladder and gaining knowledge as a coach.

P.S.S. You’ve probably heard the saying… “It’s not WHAT you know… it’s WHO you know” – well, it’s half true. Both are vitally important, and inside Strength Coach University you’re going to meet a LOT of people and gain a LOT of knowledge that can open up a LOT of opportunities for you. So let’s get started.

Can i join even if I don't want to work in rugby strength and conditioning?

Yes you can join. You're still going to be able to get great information from coaches both within and outside of rugby tha you can apply to your own sport.

Can I join even if I'm already an established coach who just wants to climb the ladder and/or sharpen my skills?

Yes. There are some truly world class presenters delivering the monthly education and some very high level coaches interacting in the forum, so you will get a great deal out of the
community. Plus you'll be able to lend a helping hand to other less established coaches in
the forum.

What Happens if I just sign up, get the free stuff and then cancel my membership?

You have the free stuff, but you won't be able to get access to all of the great education,
networking, discussion and advice we have on offer in the community. This is the real stuff that is going to help you develop as a coach-maybe you've missed the point!

Is there a minimum commitment?

When you are a monthly member there is no minimum commitment. When you don't want to be a member any more, cancel your membership and the payments stop. If you sign up for a year's membership in advance, your membership term is the full year.
